Nandy (73), a Padma Shri awardee, died after a cardiac arrest at his home in south Mumbai. His company, Pritish Nandy Communications (PNC), made films like 'Sur', 'Chameli', 'Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi', and also produced the web series 'Four More Shots Please!'
